It's a movie that is entirely an in joke, but the punchline... isn't that funny. It has its moments, but they are too few and far between. The concept seemed really funny, and still could be, but the execution was shoddy, and not in a "ha ha b-movie" sort of way because that is what it is supposed to be.
.. It just doesn't work as a whole.
