Review of My Mom's New Boyfriend (2008) by Mike E — 22 Aug 2009
Cute and fun and kind of a "True Lies" much heavier on the romantic comedy aspect. The "spy movie" sequences aren't too enthralling, but the story works well as a whole.
It's kind of weird to see Meg Ryan play Colin Hanks's mom, when she's been in at least two romances with Tom Hanks (Colin's dad). It's like some sort of movie karma.
