Absolutely, charmingly, screwball. great performances from everyone, especially carole lombard and william powell. powells wry wit is excellent but my favorite thing about this film was lombards performance.
to be sure, this is a precursor to diane keatons performance in annie hall. excellent delivery, excellent moviee.
