My Little Pony: The Movie - Review (2017).

The Good.

You can easily get into this movie without watching the Show and still enjoy it, but I bet it helps watching the show (which after seeing this movie I will watch the show).

The main ponies are all different and interesting especially Tara Strong as Twilight Sparkle, Ashleigh Ball as Rainbow Dash and Applejack, Andrea Libman as Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, and Tabitha St. Germain as Rarity.

Emily Blunt as Tempest is a fantastic villain with a great song to show she's not a one note villain.

Michael Pena as Grubber - he's the counter to Blunt's harcore Tempest which he's Goofy.

Taye Diggs as Capper.

Zoe Saldana as Captain Celaeno, - she shows great leadership when there's no hope.

This has a very catchy soundtrack especially "Time to be Awesome" is a fantastic song I would actually like to see this song be nominated for Best Original Song at Oscars.

There's a great message of making friends, not giving up and stand up for what you believe in and face your fears and be yourself.

The Bad.

Liev Schreiber as Storm King now this is a one note villain without layers (yes he's funny) but not as strong as Tempest.

Cathy Weseluck as Spike - he was very annoying.

The uneeded Involvement of Sia and her garbage song you can't understand.

Overall: This 2017's Big Surprise to me cause I thought this would be annoyingly Awful , but it turned out to be very enjoyable with great catchy songs.

Overall Grade: B+.
