I have to say, this film surprised me in a positive way!
The plot was standard but still exciting, everyone felt in-character (save for Twilight's little brain-fart), the newer characters were entertaining (especially the Storm King) and their voice actors really fit their roles nicely!
It's not perfect mind you, but the good aspects heavily outweigh the bad. Overall, it was fairly enjoyable movie for fans and non-fans of the show!
