Even though this movie is made for only the fans of the show this movie is still fun to watch. The story is generic and predictable and sometimes the new characters are not developed well , but the movie has enough heart to try to be a good film with the characters being funny and sometimes relatable, the songs are enjoyable to listen to its not Disney quality but still good, and the best part in this movie is the animation it's beautiful to watch, and the message of friendship is not shove down your throat.

The people behind the show and Hasbro still cared to try to make this a good movie and not being a extended advertisement for toys. Overall I would recommend it if your a fan of the show and someone who wants to be part of the fandom then I would say its a good film to watch.
