The 'critic' score for this movie is absolute nonsense. Is the movie perfect? No, but tell me how many movies are. This film provides what many of us would want from a film based on the franchise. Colorful with great animation, superb voice acting and excellent musical accompaniment, mostly.

The film does have some pacing issues, a song that I feel was pointless and a mid-film conflict that, while actually emotional, also felt out of character. If you are a fan of this franchise like I am, you will most likely enjoy this movie, because it is good and no snarky film 'critic' can change that fact.
