The film takes bold new strides with its animation, exploring the world of the show beyond its borders. The themes and messages may be a bit old hat to the veteran fans, but children will enjoy the adventure.
There's no harm done to the show or characters' integrity. The jokes are fun, the songs are catchy, and the audience feels like they can trot right along with our heroines. I can't wait to share this film with my younger family.
