Review of My Little Pony: The Movie (2017) by Jessica W — 06 Oct 2017
Awwww the cute little ponies and bright pastel colors are threatening the tiny little manhoods of men everywhere! Take your measurIng stubs and go see the 20th brain dead sequel of big muscle guys and EXPLOSIONS and BIG BOOBS!
THE REST of you intelligent open minded viewers go see a wonderful fun adventure. We loved how they chose a classic animated look as opposed to the same cookie cutter CG animated movies of today.
The characters are all fun loving, unique, and true. A thoroughly mixed up cast in an enjoyable and hilarious ride. The music was spot on. Bright and upbeat with out being the annoying cliche of most other animated "girly" or "kiddy" films.
What made us fans of the Friendship is Magic show is how original, unorthodox, and plain amazing it was as a whole. My husband, who is a bigger fan than myself now, was the first to admit how wrong he was assuming it was just another girly kids show. It is smart, funny, catchy, and loaded full of adult references cleverly interlaced with the kid friendly themes. The POSITIVITY and good moral lessons of this show are the big seller. In a world full of hate and negativity this is an absolute welcome refreshing treat. All with out being lame or preachy.
I encourage EVERYONE to ignore the small minded sheeple haters and treat yourself to happiness.
