Once again "movie critics" dump on an animated film with preconceived notion that it's genre can not be taken seriously.
My Little Pony the Movie is a glorious treat for the eyes, possess es a solid adventure story, and has a musical score that harkens back to the old animated epics such as The Land Before Time and An American Tail.
Children will enjoy the silliness and parents will enjoy the warm wave of nostalgia this film brings. I predict it will be a valued addition to the family video library for generations to come.
