Ann stares death in the face with hardly a flicker of anger but plenty of sadness...I get the impression that she had a lot of sadness before she knew about her untimely death. This is a film that makes you confront reality.

..even if it is for just 106 minutes. I found it hard to reconcile the deliberate love affair with a person who wanted to leave a happy family behind. Overall...worth saving on my hard drive for another viewing.
