Review of My Life Without Me (2003) by Nancy M — 29 Dec 2007
Nice little movie. Well acted. A young woman prepares for her imminent death by making a list of the things she'd like to accomplish before she dies. This is not a Hollywood cookie-cutter movie - she's a thoughtful young woman who lives in a small trailer with her husband & two kids, works a janitorial job, & doesn't aspire to riches.
Sarah Polley is phenomenal. (I also highly recommend "The Secret Life of Words" also starring Polley & directed by Coixet.).
