Review of My Kid Could Paint That (2007) by Andrew L — 17 Mar 2008
Good documentary with a definite twist. I didn't expect so much controversy over who the real artist was. I think there were some key missing elements that would have made the film more cohesive -- like a deeper exploration of the parents' relationships with each other, and maybe some more insight into the art dealer friend.
Whoever created the paintings (I have yet to form an opinion) -- they are beautiful.
