Review of My Kid Could Paint That (2007) by Kenneth G — 13 May 2008
Would have been better if it had focused more of its attention on the question of art, and less on the question of whether the kid actually did the paintings. The latter -- which could have been a valid question -- just comes off as muckraking here, as the director doesn't seem to have a real passion for it.
He actually ends up turning our sympathies toward the parents and away from himself. Which was kind of interesting.
