Brilliant sequel, I don't know why it's not rated so highly as the first. Carries on Vada's journey from pre-teen to teenager in a moving way.
You need to watch the films carefully, Vada's mood ring was Black in the first one then Blue after Thomas J died, and it remains Blue in this film to show how content she is with life. Great film!
