A mildly entertaining film based on the classic television series that unfortunately is overwhelmed by excessive special effects and a weak plot unable to rise above the mediocre storyline. The ending may surprise you, and fans of Ray Walston (who created the role of Uncle Martin) has an amusing cameo role in the film.
