Review of My Fair Lady (1964) by Nicholas T — 21 Jul 2009
Beautiful classic, and by classic I mean not everyone will enjoy it. This is an example of the time when plays and movies adapted from plays were actually intelligent, without the need for special effects and CGI, the dialogue alone is shining.
And Audrey Hepburn at the racecourse, just classic, what a beauty. And the music, just clever. Sad to note though that they did not use her real singing voice.
