Review of My Darling Clementine (1946) by Adam Z — 10 Oct 2007
John Ford's version of events during the famous gunfight at the OK Corral takes a different angle to that of the eponymous John Sturges picture, focusing on the human drama rather than the theatre of war.
The characters here are properly fleshed out and a tight script gives all concerned, actor or viewer, a juicy bone to chew on. Heck, it's a western which features dialogue from the Bard himself, so you know you're in good hands.
