Review of My Cousin Vinny (1992) by Guy W — 05 Jan 2010
Whenever friends Billy and Stan get pulled over by a cop and are accused of murding a convinence store clerk, they are up for murder and could get the death penalty. Desprite for a lawyer, Billy gets his cousin Vinny (Joe Pesci) to be his lawyer. Along with his wise and equally hostel girlfriend Lisa (Marisa Tomei) he tries his best to set his cousin free in court, however his lack of knowledge and wise cracks at the judge cost him many nights in contempt. But as the trial goes on Vinny starts to get the rythem of things and figure out that his cousin and friend are innocent. Also he has to go day by day with trying to get on the judges good side, a guy that wants to fight him for $200, and trying to get some sleep from all the noises in the night.
This is one of my favorite comidies and is a true classic. I recommend it to anyone who is up for a laugh out loud time.
