Review of My Cousin Vinny (1992) by Clay C — 30 Apr 2010
Very, very funny courtroom comedy. While Marisa Tomei was great and hilarious, I'm not quite sure why she received an Oscar for this role. I wonder who else was in the line-up that year? While being one of the most profane comedies I've seen (what with the "f" word like every other sentence), I gotta say all that bad language coupled with Tomei and Pesci's Brooklyn accents make this movie that much more funny to me.
It proves that cussing can be amusing if it's used well and by the right people, haha.
