This movie had a lot going for it. A great cast, a great director, an intriguing story, but it just didn't cut it as a great film. I was bored half the time, though the riveting performances by Natalie Portman and Rachel Weisz caught my attention.
Jude Law and Norah Jones were alright, but failed to hold my attention for very long, and I didn't feel much chemistry between them. I think this was a great story, but while it was well shot and had several great performances, it would have been better as a book.
