Hilarious, yet clumsy film about a dorky officer protecting a loud mouth mob informant. Martin and Moranis's comedic timing are above average with moments of flair and Joan Cusack his wonderful, but the movie seemed to be lacking in some area that still to this day, I can't figure out, making it an average comedy.
