I hardly knew what to rate this. There are really good things and really bad things about this movie.
Let's start off with the really good things: Jensen Ackles. Entertaining. Fairly interesting story. Kind of keeps you guessing. A lot of the acting was decent, though Jensen Ackles definitely out-shined them all.
Now the really bad things: A girl is naked and runs around with everything hanging out for like 15 minutes (aka unnecessary nudism). With a few decent actors, the REALLY REALLY bad ones are terribly easy to point out and they get pretty annoying after a while. The gore is...pretty gory, but it's also very cheesy.
Overall... I still don't know. I guess I'm in the middle on this movie.
