Great origin story, murder weapon and motive. The build in helmet and headlamp are great aspects to any slasher costume. Plenty of vintage camp acting, effects and costumes. I don't recall the remake being as interesting, definitely have to see it again.
Humorous ending, complete with epic folk song! Fun history lesson for slasher fans.
