GREAT holiday-themed slasher flick. It's 80's cheese but it's entertaining as hell and the character development, the murder sequences and the concept are all very well done. I particularly love how they made this mining town the setting of this slasher flick.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the Halloween season and if you must see the inevitably sucky 3D remake this January, at least see this version first to understand how much superior it will be.
