Review of My Bloody Valentine (1981) by Dilodillondil D — 14 Jan 2010
Y BLOODY VALENTINE is certainly a fine example of eighties splatter at it's best.Although the acting isn't remarkable, but the pacing of the movie was great. And the deaths were unique.Sure, it's got it's flaws, but nothing fatal.
Director Mihalka creates a great amount of suspense. The image of a madman in a mining suit with a pickax as a weapon is definitely an unforgettable visual. The ending of the film left a aftershock in my brain, and the last words spoken in the film.
..was just...Epic.Anybody that does not like this movie has no taste.10/10.
