I'm a little surprised, but I actually enjoyed "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2". The first movie was clever and loved by a lot of people, and actually went down as one of the best comedies from the early 2000s, and to me, this sequel did fairly well compared to the original, even almost matching it.

I'll admit again, the stereotypes are a little over the top, and every character in this movie is a bit too much of an exaggeration, which takes away from the reliability, but they are still lovable.

The plot in no way is well thought out, it jumps from one thing to another, but the delivery of the jokes make up for it. It wasn't a perfect sequel, but it was still good enough for me to go against the consensus, and say that "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2" is an enjoyable time.
