Twenty Plus Years - is it that long.
Watched this movie again for the first time in donkeys and it has lost a bit over the years in my mind. Still it's worthy of a watch. It's relevance to me today is a bit less than it was as now living in Australia, I don't see as much racial and sexual bigotry that existed in theUK when this movie was made. Being young and gay when this was released, the back of shop scene with the two main characters is sort of etched on my mind!!!
Saeed Jaffrey still steals the limelight on this one from a very young Day-Lewis and Roshan Seth.
