A fascinating, and fairly thorough documentary. While it doesn't provide any concrete answers about what really occurred inside 108 Ocean Avenue, it provides many interesting possibilities and it paints a tragic portrait of Daniel Lutz, a young teen at the time of the haunting and now a middle aged man who is still deeply affected by the events in the house.
It's a well-made documentary and probably as fair and balanced a portrait of the Amityville Horror as we're likely to get.
