1999? I thought this movies was from 1988? To be fair, the effects are from 1958, but that's beside the point. This movie is awesome. Watch the MST3K version and you'll understand. They don't make movies like this anymore.
There's a reason for that (watch 2 minutes of it and you'll understand), but the world is definitely a poorer place for it.
