I skew towards critical, just look at my most recent reviews, but I found value in this film. It's watchable, in fact, there are a few very powerful scenes that you just don't see elsewhere. It's predominantly cruel and violent but there is softness within too.
There are notes of Blade Runner, Hawkeye from MASH, and Minority Report visuals/tech. I found it to be engaging and a bit unpredictable so watch with an open mind.
