Review of Mute (2016) by Manuel B — 25 Feb 2018
In my opinion this movie is quite entertaining. The characters were well developed and not one dimensional like many recent holllywood films. The visuals were also appealing, maybe not as great as Blade Runner 2049, but then I doubt it had the same budget.
What it is not is a sci-fi. Yes it is set in the near future but that has very little to do with the story, it could have just as been set in the near past or present day. As fas as story line and acting I give it a thumbs up.
