Quite ok romance movie. Diane Lane is beautiful. She is a divorced lady and everyone in her family is trying to introduce guys to her. She met one of her student's dad Dermot Mulroney and thinks he is not bad.

Christopher Plummer is her dad and Stockard Channing is one of her gal amongst a few others. Diane's sister Elizabeth Perkins place an ad on a dating site and from there after meeting a few guys, met John Cusack.

After a few meet up, they kind of click. On one occasion, she went to find Dermot but her colleague was in his house and she left, and John and her brother who was drunk was there. He kissed her in the house but then her brother needed to go home and John volunteer to do so.

Dermot later show up to pass her something she drop just now and kiss her. John saw it and think he got cheated. After these, Diane posted more ads and meet more different guys but just couldn't work out.

And she had sex with Dermot and later realised he had sex with her colleague too and was angry why he said there's nothing between them. She realise she like John and even brave the cold water to swim to his boat.

It was quite a touching moment.
