A very well made film. Hard to believe a horror master like Wes Craven could direct such a powerful dramatic film. The fact that it is a true story only adds to the meaning behind it. I like the dual story undertones of keeping music in childrens lives and the lack of funding that educational facilities receive.
A great movie, truly heart felt and it has a great cast. Yet another film that Meryl Streep gets an academy award nomination for and it is well deserving.
