A different kind of film from Wes Craven who tries a little too hard to not be Wes Craven (he agreed to do Scream 3 on the condition that he be able to direct this) I swear this movie ends 12 times. Basically it's Mr.
Holland's Opus with Meryl Streep in the Richard Dreyfus role (the music teacher thing is practically a genre in itself) Agenla Bassett is great.
