Music and Lyrics falls into the trap that many romantic comedies find unavoidable. It has extremely flat acting, a super predictable plot and cliched "dilemmas." What this movie has working in it's favor is surprisingly good satire about the music industry and pop culture as a whole.
I actually enjoyed the movie more than I expected to.
