Review of Muriel's Wedding (1994) by Olga K — 08 Apr 2012
I'm not a fan of black comedies, apparently. Viewers should be warned that this is NOT a comedy. It involves death, suicide, cancer, paralysis, and many other dark themes. I just could not connect to Muriel's character and overall left the film disappointed and depressed.
