Review of Muriel's Wedding (1994) by Ariane C — 10 May 2012
A wonderful story about a young woman with insecurities and how she learns to believe in herself. Toni Collette is a revelation and with Rachel Griffiths, as her friend, the acting is wonderful. Throw in some ABBA music and this becomes an amusing and heartfelt movie.
