Review of Murderball (2005) by Keith O — 11 Dec 2008
Maybe not a perfect movie from a technical standpoint, I don't know. But it's a unique and insightful documentary that I only wish was longer. Maybe because I can empathize with the players more than most people I liked it more and thought it was honest and respectful and inspiring.
One of the few movies, and the only documentary I've seen, to focus on those with disabilities, but in an objective way and not with pity, just showing things the way they really are.
