Review of Murderball (2005) by Radek C — 06 Jun 2009
Definitely a great story, very powerful and inspiring despite the fact they seemed to have lost the plot at least once. Camerawork rather amateurish, sometimes I was about to shout 'what the hell is he doing with it?' That's about it for the criticism, cause everything else is just brilliant.
It's tense and gripping. And you're bound to fall for these guys - they're so full of energy, poositive thinking and strong will. And I think, what's most important, they made me realize few times how little I am with my 'serious' problems.
Funny thing with the title - not suitable for the official name of the sport, yet perfect for the movie title. Recommended.
