Review of Murder Party (2007) by Jason D — 02 Sep 2008
Very entertaining small movie about a lonely nerdy guy who decides to be spontaneous and go to a Halloween party, but of course he goes to the wrong one. The party is a trap set by a group of pretentious and snotty indie scenesters looking to create art out of murder but wind up fucking up every step of the way, bringing our hero of the story closer and closer to survival without even having to do any of the work.
Like I said, this film is often times hilarious and very bloody as well, with some great characters and some decent acting. These indie hipster pieces of shit are played so perfectly that I relished in each one's demise every step of the way throughout this film.
If you can find it, watch it!!!
