'Murder on the Oriënt Express' is certainly not the worst detective movie i've seen, but certainly not the best as well. Half of the movie is just Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh) staring in the distance, interogation or Penelope Cruz talking why she doesn't drink and how she will fall just like Lucifer. The movie also tries humor, but got it all wrong.
The movie is based on coincidence and fails to connect all the dots. The acting was certainly not bad, we got some great performances by Kenneth Branagh, Daisy Ridley, Johhny Depp and Judi Dench.
