Review of Murder on the Orient Express (1974) by Lyndsay H — 19 Apr 2008
When I rented this, I looked at the cast, and thought, "it's got to be good". It was a pretty "good" movie. Finney, Bacall, and Perkins were great, although I can see were Finney would annoy some.
The direction and production is where this film misses, though. Lumet must have gotten lazy, because he took what could have been an amazing film, and nearly ruined it.
