I have owned this for awhile but never rated it since I haven't watched it in over ten years. Anyway, just like I remembered it was a sad, but wonderful film. I'm glad that America reformed most the prisons.
I understand that most prisoners deserve inhumane treatment, but it's not fair to punish all just to hurt the few.
