Muran - a Tamil (one of the longest surviving south indian language)word meaning a demon who is killed by Lord Maha Vishnu. The movie stars director Cheran (Nanda) playing the calm and composed protagonist, Prasanna (Arjun) plays the rich kid who derives pleasure in doing exciting and hair raising-death defying acts.
Both meet by chance, when Nanda hitches a ride with Arjun. The short journey brings together both Nanda and Arjun and changes Nanda's life forever. Excellent restrained performance by Cheran and subtle and natural acting by Prasanna, slick editing and entertaining story telling by the Director Rajjan Madhav makes this movie an interesting plot.
Definitely worth watching.
