Review of Muppets Most Wanted (2014) by April P — 10 Jul 2014
There was definitely a crime committed here and it wasn't by Constantine. I am a HUGE Disney and Muppets fan and I would say that Disney did a spectacular job of completely slaughtering the Muppet reputation with this movie.
The music was terrible, except for the final song which came from Manhattan anyway. The plot was just stupid and demeaned the audience intelligence. That was always the great thing about the Muppet movies, it spoke to adults and left the Sesame Street crew to speak to the little kids, this movie did not do that.
Also, as a point of fact, I consider Kermit and Piggy to have been married at the end of Manhattan.
