A big step up from the previous film aside from the songs. Overall, I prefer this one for the fact that its much more plot driven and character based. The usage of the three leads (Fey, Gervais, and Burrell) provides much more than Segel and Adams in The Muppets.
Great collection of cameos as well...some of which are blink and you see them. Catch it at Redbox.
