The first movie appearance of Pepe the King Prawn: "build a jacuzzi"! I loved this one when it came out, and still find it hilarious. Jeffrey Tambor is fantastic as the government agent bad guy: "DON'T! LAUGH! AT ME!".
.. and finally this movie has an all 70's funk soundtrack. Awesome.
