Review of Munyurangabo (2008) by Jason C — 08 Oct 2009
Interesting film about the friendship between a Hutu an Tutsi (competing tribes that have a long history of killing each other) in Rwanda. If I read the end of the film correctly it says that, in order to get over the past an unite all Rwandains, the youth may have to sacrifice familial bonds with parents who are unable to forget/forgive the past.
A sad but hopeful film.
