Super psychotic texas chainsaw massacre type family adopt/ hold for hostage a girl. There is a lot of gore in this movie: blood intestines, at some point in the film she stuffed in a suitcase and the father and brother beat her with a mallet.
If you can stomach the extreme violence, (the blood and everything look pretty fake), the story slowly builds up and the film is kind of enjoyable.
